Four-level residence in the suburbs of Chalkida

This is a high-specification residential building with smart home technology. The use of intelligent applications is combined with both the architecture and the functionality of the building, as they have been implemented in the building's lighting (exterior and interior), in its electromechanical installations, and in the reuse of rainwater from the surrounding space. Photovoltaic panels have been installed on its roof, which improve the energy rating of the building and make it nearly energy autonomous.
